Agriculture in the City is a free, family oriented, urban festival that explores how food and farming are all around us, every day. The event offers people of all ages a chance to explore the vibrant and innovative world of agriculture – a world that involves exciting careers, biotechnological advancements that improve our daily lives, and of course, the food on our plates. Each year, thousands of visitors enjoyed the interactive and educational displays, exhibits and contests illustrating the depth of our farming community. More Information:

We had the pleasure of working with the Saskatchewan Pulse Growers during International Year of the Pulse (2016) to help promote pulses within the province of Saskatchewan. It was a busy year planning and executing 27 events across the province. Highlights included exhibiting at several tradeshows, delivering cooking demonstrations and nutrition talks, judging at the Chef Series at Taste Saskatchewan, showcasing pulse plants at GardenScapes and handing out thousands of brochures and gingersnap cookies!

It has been a fun 4 plus years managing and curating content for the social media accounts of Avena Foods/ Only Oats - a gluten free oat grown and packaged in Saskatchewan. We are proud of the work we have done to launch their social media sites and to build a following and a community. Their marketing team has grown and starting in January 2017 they will do their social media in-house. We wish them all the best - it is a great product.
